Anne worked in the nonprofit sector for more than 30 years prior to transitioning into real estate investing. She was able to blend her love of helping homeless youth heal and thrive with her side passion for interior design. Anne raised millions of capital dollars to acquire, renovate, and furnish homes for thousands of homeless youth and young adults over the years. All Anne's experience made for a natural transition into real estate investing.

Jon Holcombe

Finance

Jon has more than 40 years’ experience as a contractor, having worked alongside his grandfather and father in the family's electrical contracting business, which he now owns. Jon possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in the home renovation and repair business. He also spent 25 years as a firefighter and is a retired fire chief. Jon's extensive knowledge and experience has served to provide an easy and logical shift into real estate.

Van brings more than 30 years’ experience and proven ability as a highly-successful contractor, outstanding real estate entrepreneur, and skillful real estate coach. He has been involved in every facet of real estate including land development, subdivision, custom home building, and has built and renovated thousands of apartments, single family homes, multi-family buildings, and other commercial properties.
